Our Approach

Authentic storytelling is at the heart of our strategic communications approach. Today’s audiences prefer to engage with content that resonates, rather than being targeted with generic messaging. By blending creativity with strategy, we craft custom content that speaks directly to your key audiences, making it an essential part of your communications and content marketing efforts.

Turning Complex Issues Into Clear, Impactful Messaging

When FedEx needed to communicate critical policy issues—like 33-foot trailers, International Open Skies agreements, and pilot fatigue science—to lawmakers and influencers on Capitol Hill, they turned to us.

Our solution? A series of visually compelling, easy-to-digest infographics, both interactive and static, that simplified complex topics while maintaining FedEx’s strong brand identity. The success of this initiative led to the development of a broader digital strategic plan, ensuring FedEx’s policy priorities were communicated with clarity and impact.

Amplifying Awareness Through Strategic Engagement

Issue One, a nonprofit dedicated to bridging partisan divides, needed a powerful digital strategy to amplify their Fix Politics Now initiative ahead of the 2018 midterms. Our approach began with in-depth research into six key battleground districts, identifying influential voices and voter priorities. Using this insight, we crafted a digital-first campaign featuring compelling video content—including footage from their launch event at Founder’s Hall in Pennsylvania—highlighting support from 200 former senators and House representatives.

Strategic Communications That Drive Impact

Airlines for America (A4A) advocates for policies that improve safety, security, and the U.S. airline industry’s health. Our goal was to strengthen A4A’s advocacy with a content strategy highlighting their role as an indispensable network driving the nation’s economy and global competitiveness.

We produced original storytelling interviews with travelers, airline crew, and business leaders who rely on these airlines, bringing authentic experiences to life.

Strategic Communications That Drive Impact

Howard Bank came to Gigawatt at a pivotal moment, merging with First Mariner and seeking a brand strategy that would unite both organizations into a cohesive culture. Our solution began with a six-week discovery phase, which allowed us to craft a brand architecture that resonated with both internal and external audiences. We created an internal brand booklet for employees and a campaign featuring Howard Bank customers sharing their brand story. The strategy included TV, social media, and print ads, driving traffic to a custom landing page to track the campaign’s impact.

Simplifying Complex Concepts

The World Bank Group approached us to create a series of explainer videos that would clearly communicate the value of their internal evaluation group and how their work contributes to the global mission of eradicating extreme poverty and boosting prosperity. By breaking down complex information into simple, engaging, and visually compelling content, we helped the World Bank connect with their target audience and effectively convey the impact of their initiatives.
