Challenge

Playground Patrol is a startup that was founded in September 2020, which specializes in playground safety, maintenance and cleaning. Its founder approached Gigawatt to help him launch his new company, asking us to leverage his 20+ years of experience in the playground industry as we worked together to develop his new brand and marketing strategy from the ground up. He wanted Playground Patrol to be a trusted partner to fit the needs of Builders / Developers, HOA’s, Property Managers, Residential Homeowners, Military Bases, Churches, Day Cares, Schools & Municipalities.

Solution

The Gigawatt team worked with their founder to identify the core values and goals for the new company before embarking on the initial design options. The team developed multiple options before landing on the winning design and brand position. We then leveraged the new brand guidelines into designing and developing the new website, as well as additional brand extensions.  Then, our digital strategist helped Playground Patrol establish its CRM system using HubSpot and launched its initial paid search campaign with Google AdWords.
