A Washington DC healthcare clinic, Metro Immediate & Primary Care, partnered with us to strengthen patient awareness and increase appointment bookings across their medical centers. The campaign also needed to introduce the clinic’s new affiliation with GW Medical Faculty Associates, the largest independent physician group in the region.

We developed a character-driven creative approach that brought warmth, relatability, and humanity to the brand. This included a full 360° marketing program with television, radio, paid digital, social content, outdoor placements, and refreshed brand collateral. Each touchpoint was built to communicate MIPC’s unique value in a crowded and often impersonal care environment.

The results included a 46% lift in patient appointments after launch. The digital campaign delivered 4.6 million impressions, producing a completion rate of 74.2 percent. The video on the left is one of several character-based assets used throughout the omnichannel program.
